Why should we trust you: Well i am new to the whole gmod staff thing but i do want to know how may things work so i think you should trust me for many people do trust me and do not regret it. i can be a trust worthy guy especially with a staff rank
Why do you want to be part of the crew?: Well i belive that your server is'nt like the other servers i belive this server will succede
Do you have any previous experience as a staff member: Well i have had Past experience on another game but no not on gmod
Have you read the Server MOTD?: Yes i have read the motd
Have you ever been banned from other servers?: yes i have been banned from a server but it was because of the lack of knowledge or quality of the admin or mod some guy rdmed me and soon after the sit i ended up with a warning so i just got mad and rdmed for real and got banned

Below are a list of Scenarios that we would like you to answer! These are merely guidelines for us to gather a sense of where you are at. Please answer them as honestly and as detailed as you can.
Question 1: An RDMer has been reported, what do you do? well i approach the situation and talk with the person accusing that person of rdm and i hear both sides of the story and if i find the guy who rdmed guilty i would give them a warning
Question 2: Two people are arguing in OOC and are swearing, insulting each other etc. what do you do? well i would approach the situation and ask what is the argument is about and see how may i fix it
Question 3: A known hacker has gone on the server and threatened to crash the server, what do you do? well i got to go clammily and when he starts to threatin the server or saying he will crash it i will ban him and ban hims steam id
Question 4: A person new to RP joins the server and breaks multiple rules, what do you do? Well i have been new to rp so the first thing i would do is sort of introduce them to darp rp by showing them what to do and not to do.for example if they thought that theifs can kill who ever i would tell them that that is known as rdm as to please not do that again and i would warn them
Question 5: Someone is arguing with you about them breaking a rule, what do you do? i would show them my evidence about that how that rule and they will see but if it were to continue then i would just gag or mute ( the one that sinlences the players mics).
Question 6: Someone has switched to Gun/BMD/Drug etc. dealer and self supplied then gone back to their original job, what do you do? I would ask them for what purpose they had did what they did i would strip them and tell them that to not to do it again and ill warn them also
